If your home has the solar potential we seek, it’s unique value makes it much easier to market. We can and will assign a higher value to it and we can easily justify this higher value to buyers who can appreciate it which means more money at the closing table.
On the other hand, our competition keeps talking about how much better than everyone else they are at selling homes. Unfortunately, none of them are telling you how they plan on doing it other than “technology”. Everyone has access to technology and while we admit there’s something to be said for it, nothing brings higher home values than finding added value in it.
If your home possesses the qualities were looking for, we can, on average, get you 5% more for it than our competition and we can sell it quickly because people are seeking it’s uniqueness.
